Yeah, I thought that line was a little creepy but if you saw him say it he was nervous and unsure of himself shaking and stuttering and all. I think he was trying to overstate the goal for dramatic effect.
I'd love to see the Jews in uniform goose stepping through the park though.
Mel Brooks should write a movie about a Jewish posse cleaning up the town gradually evolving into a Jewsih Gestapo with a Jewish Hitler in charge.
